Our charbroiled pork (thịt nướng) is marinated in lemongrass, garlic, shallot, fish sauce, and a touch of sugar, then grilled over open flame so the edges caramelise and the centre stays tender and juicy. We pair it with hand-rolled crispy spring rolls and a tangle of cool rice vermicelli.
Every bowl comes with shredded lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, fresh mint, and a small ramekin of our sweet nước chấm dressing to pour over the top. Drizzle it on, mix everything together, and you'll see why this bowl is a Winnipeg staple.
